Bipartisan Group of Legislators Challenge Process Taken by P3 Board

HARRISBURG – In a letter to PennDOT Secretary Yassmin Gramian sent on March 24, a bipartisan group of legislators – Reps. Jason Ortitay (R-Washington/Allegheny), Anita Kulik (D-Allegheny), Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) and Andrew Lewis (R-Dauphin) – questioned the process and resolution the Public Private Partnership Board (P3) used to announce plans to toll nine Pennsylvania bridges.

HARRISBURG – Legislation recently introduced by Reps. Sheryl Delozier (R-Lower Allen), Jason Ortitay (R-Washington/Allegheny) and Andrew Lewis (R-Dauphin) would reform the public private partnership (P3) transportation law, including the addition of provisions to halt PennDOT’s recent bridge tolling proposal unless the General Assembly approves it.

Lewis Announces Grant for Dauphin County Technical School

HARRISBURG – A $22,447 grant awarded to Dauphin County Technical School this week will be used to buy a wireless, four-column lift that students can use to raise and lower semi trucks, according to Rep. Andrew Lewis (R-Dauphin).
