HARRISBURG – Rep. Andrew Lewis (R-Dauphin) is inviting area senior citizens, their family members and caregivers to his upcoming Senior Citizens Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Devonshire Memorial Church of United Brethren in Christ Community Center, 5630 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg.

“There are so many programs and services available to support our senior citizens, but it still can be difficult for people to find the help they need,” Lewis said. “The expo will bring an array of service providers together in one convenient location. I encourage everyone to take advantage of what the expo has to offer.”

People attending the expo will have the opportunity to talk with representatives of federal, state and county agencies, businesses and organizations about a variety of issues and services, including health care, insurance, nutrition and exercise, fire safety, fraud protection, government services, personal safety and more. The event is free to attend, and lunch will be served.
